WCM Songwriting Sessions
The exclusive WCM Songwriting Sessions are an essential part of the WCM community. These sessions bring together top songwriters, producers, and artists to create new sonic magic — carefully curated and guided.
During the sessions, you’ll write for artists, working on briefs from sync and sound branding agencies, as well as from labels and management teams. A range of genres and creative focuses will be covered, offering a dynamic and enriching experience for all participants.

GEWA Music Talent Lab
Creative Hub for selected talents at the ‚We Create Music‘-Loft
For 2 days singer-songwriters from all over the world come together to create new music and and to showcase their music in front of internationally working A&R’s and music industry experts!
After a selection phase together with talent scouts from labels & publishing companies, our chosen talents will get an exclusive invitation from GEWA Music to be part of their talent lab. A&R’s from Universal Music, Warner Music, Sony Music, Guesstimate and more are partnering up with one of the World’s largest & most successful musical instrument manufacturers & distributors to discover and support new talents!
Highlight of the Talent lab will be a showcase performance in front of invited guests from the music industry, where the singer-Songwriters will perform a newly created song as well as a song from their own repertoire. Together with the A&R’s, GEWA Music selects one of the singer-songwriters and awards him/her the newly founded GEWA MUSIC Scholarship.
The scholarship period runs for 7 months and includes, among other things:
– new equipment
– studio time
– A&R coachings
– wildcard for the live finale of the ‚German Songwriting Awards‘ category Ovation Singer-Songwriter
– invitation to networking events
